Contract term :	1. Retainer Fees / Deposits All Retainer Fees / Deposits are nonrefundable and any cost that you may have caused us unless the puppy you have chosen had an unseen or unknown life threatening defects that was found at his or hers Healthy Puppy examination other wise know as a Health Certificate, prior to shipping or personal pick up. You would then have a choice to be refunded or to choose another puppy. Retainer Fees is as follows unless other arrangements have been made. If for some unforeseen reason you are unable to follow though with the purchase of your puppy, we will give you six mouths to use your retainer fee towards another puppy. Retainer Fees Puppy Priced $250.00 $500.00-$999.00 $250.00 $1000.00-1400.00 $250.00 $1401.00-1999.00 $500.00 $2000.00 and up Any puppy that is purchased after the age of 8 weeks and you the buyer is asking us to hold for more than 4 weeks requires half of the puppies purchase price as a retainer fee. 2.Purchased Puppies If you have purchased a puppy of 8 weeks of age or older and have failed to contact us with in 48 hours with all your contact information (Phone Numbers, address etc) do to unforeseen reasons and we need to purchase the puppy back from you, you will be charge $25.00 per day boarding fees from the day of purchase, nonrefundable Retainer fee of $500.00 regardless of purchasing price and $50.00 filling fees. If we can not contact you by phone or email after one week of your purchase we will send you a certified letter to attempt to contact you. After the third week you have not contacted us concerning your puppy we have the right to re-list your puppy for sale. If before week three you have contacted us and still are wonting your puppy we will waive all fees and ship your puppy to you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can allow this to happen , but you must understand that this puppy is being removed or marked as sold for you and the older a puppy gets the harder he or she is to place. 3. Puppy Guarantee a) Your Puppy is guaranteed to be healthy and inspected by the Vet and come with a current Health Certificate. b) It is covered against any debilitating life threatening genetic defects until age one year. c) Your Puppy will be up to date on all vaccines and wormer you are expected to follow up with your vet and to put you new puppy on a routine health puppy program at your local vet's office. d) We are not responsible for any Vets cost. e) If your puppy was found to have a life threatening genetic defects. The extent of our responsibility is to replace the puppy with the same sex - equal or better quality. This claim must be accompanied by a vet explanation as well as a lab report .You would be responsible for all shipping cost on a new puppy. 4. Returns Please be sure when purchasing a puppy from us that you will be committed in loving this little baby we do not take kindly to puppy return this is very stressful for a puppy and I do not recommend it to be done. When you get your puppy you have 48 hours to fall in love and accept it as a member of your family. After 48 hours that puppy is 100% your responsibility. If you are not happy and choose to return the puppy you must make arrangements with us before the 48 hours has expired and you must pay all expenses in returning the puppy to us. When we receive the puppy it must be in the same physical condition as it was when it was shipped. If the puppy needs special care when it is returned you are responsible for the charges. You will be refunded your purchase price minus your retainer fee and up to a 25% restocking fee and any other cost you have caused us. This is a legally binding Contact and agreement be sure you have read and understand before submitting this form.
